IBM Hiring for Senior Stores Officer- Qualification

Requirements for Experience

One of the following requirements must be met by the candidate:

1) Hold a similar position in the department or parent cadre regularly.
2) having worked regularly for five years at Level-10 of the pay matrix, which is between Rs. 56,100 and Rs. 1,77,500, or an equivalent.

Qualifications for Education

The candidate needs to possess one or both of the following:

Choice 1:

  • A master’s degree from an accredited university or institute in public administration, business studies, statistics, economics, or commerce.
  • Four years of experience managing store accounts, buying technical stores, and indenting in a Central or State Government, Statutory or Autonomous body, PSU, university, or accredited research institution.

Choice 2:

  • A bachelor’s degree in public administration, business studies, statistics, economics, or commerce.
  • A diploma from an accredited university or institute in purchasing, logistics, public procurement, warehousing management, or materials management.
  • Five years of experience managing store accounts, buying technical stores, and indenting.

Maximum Age

The age limit for a delegation appointment cannot be older than 56 years old as of the application deadline.
